“As I sit here reflecting I find myself looking back over my recent session with such a different attitude to the lady I was walking in. After years of observation and research I booked in for a shoot with Steph in July this year and was by far the best decision I have EVER made. Without sounding negative (and I’m sure many are or have been in my situation), I have always battled with severe anxiety and had so much self doubt for as long as I can remember.
